Miros the girl in the front was so accommodating, she moved the schedule for me to go in later on that way i wouldn’t miss my sons appointment. She was very helpful and kind, my kid loves coming with Cory! Great clinic

Front office is quick to tell you you can not be moved to the afternoon because your daughter has bad attendance when there the ones that are constantly cancelling or rescheduling. Also therapist seem to be constantly quitting on them. I originally went to the horizon location but had to move to montwood location because therapists would constantly quit or have “emergencies” every week. Lady at the front seems to enjoying denying you services or even showing compassion how is it that she works at a place with children. I had mention to her that i haven't been able to go to therapies because i had my baby and shes been in and out the hospital. Instead of offering a better schedule that fits my needs since it is my insurance thats paying she proceeds to offer to place my daughters services

I had a tough time with other clinics, but the girl in the front with glasses took my sons referral and called me right away and scheduled me. She offered me a good schedule that works with my job time and i love the therapist which i believe her name is Stella! Thank you

If I could give this place no stars I would. From the start communication was horrible. I had to be calling them to see if they got paperwork they requested. I then scheduled an appointment there for occupational and physical therapy for my daughter. When I took her in for her physical evaluation the man doing the evaluation, seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing, for her second evaluation for occupational the therapist was amazing can’t complain there. They told me they would give me a call once insurance approved everything again. A few weeks passed and didn’t get a call from them. I decided to call today and they told me they couldn’t even find her file so they would have to talk to a manager then get back to me. They thankfully got back to me the same day but said they were too

My son receives all three disciplines here. The office staff is always friendly and professional, the therapist are amazing! My son has made major improvements in his time at actioncare from starting to become mobile cause of the efforts form both PT and OT to him beginning to eat solids and make sounds thanks to ST.
