Action Physical Therapy & Chiropractor

I wish I could give them 10 stars. From the start when we walked in the door the receptionist was so polite and helping. My daughter hurt her knee playing softball and Dr. Horne was awesome. Very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. We haven’t even started physical therapy yet that we have to do twice a week, but I would highly recommend this place for any age kids to adults. I can’t wait to meet the staff that does the physical therapy after the great experience we’ve had so far. He said he should have her back on the Softball diamond in just a few weeks.

I’ve been coming here since 2020 being treated by Dr.Horne who is absolutely phenomenal. I recommend anyone who’s been involved in an accident or just having back pain to have him work on you. You won’t regret it. The entire therapy team is extremely nice knowledgeable and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Kay At the front desk is really nice, kind, patient and always smiling. I’ve had a few issues with the other lady that sits u front , she isn’t as friendly as the rest of the crew and is often rude to others but the other staff members always seem to outshine her negativity. Besides that I highly recommend this place !! Go see for yourself!

Supposedly they have been around for a long time and if I knew that I would of been going since the 90s this place has The Best Chiropractor in The Whole Treasure Coast Dr Christopher Horne and Fred Chambers for PT. The friendliest Staff and Very hard working people!! Thanks for your Service!!

Wonderful staff, experienced and knowledgeable. I immediately felt welcome and cared for. Dr Horne is incredible at his job. I had no idea they existed until recently and I wish I had known they were here when I moved here 4 years ago. Dr Horne goes above and beyond to make sure your ailments are healed in the correct manner. Dr Horne is always thinking of new ways to get me back to my normal lifestyle. Thank you so much for being an amazing doctor and human.
