My experience in Action Physical Therapy has been very good. They have staff who speak Spanish and English. The facilities have the equipment for the different therapies. The therapists are very friendly and professional.

The physical therapy care itself at this location deserves 4 stars. The therapists are knowledgeable and truly caring. Dr. Quinn, in particular, was compassionate and even told me he personally tried calling my insurance company several times to help get approval for additional sessions. That effort meant a lot. However, the administrative side of the clinic has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I initially requested in early April that the office submit documentation to my insurance for additional PT sessions, since I had reached my limit but my surgeon recommended more therapy post-surgery. Despite repeated follow-ups on my end, the request wasn’t submitted until May 13—more than a month later and almost 3 weeks after my last session on May 1. This caused a major and unneces

Physical Therapists AL, SUSAN, ELAINE, LAZ & QUINN are the ones that I have had a pleasure of working and more cannot be expected of their candor, demeanor and professionalism. They are very compassionate, attentive to minute details in their deliverance of care. To say the least, their peculiarities in attention to details is unparalleled. They are very empathetic and considerate to include but not limited to their respectfulness and regard for their patients in their style of communication. They treat everyone with utmost respect. In a nutshell, they work in a tandem environment that puts the care and wellness of their patients at the forefront. Summarily, they are ALL delights to work with. Leaving no stone unturned
