I absolutely love the staff and doctors here! Dr. Parnell is truly amazing!! Everyone is so kind, professional, and caring. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Hands down the best doctor’s office I’ve ever been to!

I have made 🩺🩵Dr. Henry my primary for myself and my family, he is a God send truly, his level attention and being able to coordinate together in my care has been monumental, I am beyond grateful for his genuine care, have an ongoing health issue so having true care like that is priceless and a blessing. I’ve been to this location twice before and had good experiences. The service was quick and met my needs. This used to be my preferred urgent care. Recently on my third visit, I did not receive service. Attempting to check in, the receptionist informed me I had a bill due. I let her know that my insurance had sent a letter stating that the bill was underpaid. She stated that the office manager was going to come talk to me about the bill. I stated I did not need him to talk to me and that I would contact my own insurance as I had previously stated I received a letter. I politely asked for my ID back and stated again that I will talk to my insurance. She proceeded to have the office manager come and talk to me about the bill with no privacy. This was my first time here,I had to come for work, to get a DOT physical and a TB test. they offer a wide range of services and the staff team all outstanding! They were helpful, patience, friendly and efficient!! Also very clean and professional. Considering changing then to my primary ! And certainly using them for urgent care as well! No waiting time to be seen!!
