They offer you a 20% off digital coupon if you get 5 refills.( What a scam.)Which I always get 5 refills because that's how many I get at one time. So I should get this every single time. Yet I don't. This time I decided to call the dreadful web helpline. It's been a month now and they still haven't fixed it at all. This is unacceptable customer service. I got 5 prescriptions I should get the coupon. Period. I provided all my information on the refills I had delivered. So they should've already had the information. If I don't get it within one week, I'll be calling the Better Business Bureau and changing pharmacies. Btw if I could make a review with zero stars...that's what it would be.

They're the best!! Knowledgeable, kind friendly and patient. The wait is short. My husband was diabetic he used a different pharmacy when we first married. His prescriptions and refills were NEVER ready even when I would call 10 days ahead of time they never had them ready. He transferred his prescriptions to Acme pharmacy and we never had a problem after that. If I got over the counter medications for either of us they were quick to puck up potential problems due to drug interactions for us. I love the staff there and can't say enough about them or the AMAZING job they do. Whatever they're getting paid it is not enough.

This is a very great pharmacy. They are fast and reliable. If you have any questions They are addressed. I was impressed that they had called to check with the doctor about a prescription that was performed. In my profile I had a reaction to a previous medication so a different one was prescribed. I know this is a pharmacy that I will use forever.

Every time I obtain legally prescribed refills on my meds, the pharmacist's intentionally omits refilling my Eszopiclone! Forcing me to make a return visit to you pharmacy! (same day) Why?
