ACME Markets Pharmacy

I find the people here, and the pharmacists, to be extremely helpful, intelligent, and kind. I have saved so much money on prescriptions, with the help of the women who check for generics. I do love the drive-thru option at CVS, particularly when I'm very ill, but I continue to use Acme pharmacy, particularly for high/priced medications, because they participate with Blink and other discount medicine platforms. I always go here for vaccines! It's never been easier to get vaccinated, with a great person, who makes all that mumbo-jumbo paperwork actually seem pleasant, and quick.

We always go to the Acme Pharmacy in Vernon for our vaccines because of their fast, friendly service. Samantha, the pharmacist, is always so kind and makes the whole process easy and even enjoyable. We genuinely look forward to coming here and avoiding the hassle of the doctor's office.

I would give it 5 stars if it were just the pharmacists and one particular assistant. There are 2 assistants that are just straight up robotic and speak to the computer screen. “Last name””date of birth” “address”. I mean it’s like I’m not a person. Then on the other hand, there’s I think her name is Christina, she doesn’t even need to ask my name she already knows me, very impressive. Although, I do have a million prescriptions. Also, one of the pharmacist knows me by name as well, it makes me feel like I’m a customer and not just a “date of birth”. Christina is also extremely pleasant on the phone.

Worse customer service around. Show some compassion. They could not tell Me how long it would take to fill a prescription for a Z Pak for my sick 81 year old mother. He said maybe 5 minutes maybe 45 minutes. No one was waiting and he couldn’t even take 5 minutes to fill the prescription. We have since changed pharmacies. This is why Acme stories are going out of business. Poor customer service.

Hours are terrible, weekend. Folks that work there are great.most other pharmacies are open till 9 on Sat, Sunday. How about hours for people who work weekends
