Waited 10 minutes behind one person to collect prescription. Eventually had to ask if I could collect it today. At which point person in front of me paid for their prescription. Unbelievable! They weren't waiting at all just chatting. 2 other people queuing behind me and we wait 10 minutes for nothing, no one had even noticed us. Awful first experience. Now moving pharmacies.

The pharmacist there is rude and nasty. i requested a good RX price check , he berated me and said i should check it myself , i informed him , i did not know the Rx , he said i should call the the pharmacy and ask as they dont have time. What is the difference in time calling or in person to their time. He needs serious customer service training.Now i go to Weis pharmacy where they are customer friendly

I moved to Randolph about 3 years ago. My daughter has a lot of medical and special needs, so she has a lot of prescriptions . I had used cvs in the past but the one now closest to us gave me nothing but problems so I went to the Acme Savon pharmacy. I was so happy with them for the longest time ,now all the sudden within the the last few months they have hired new ppl and nothing is ever done correctly, on time if at all. .. I'm so disappointed. They keep blaming it on thier "new computer system " but that just changed last week these issues have been going on much longer than that. . The part that frustrated me the most is now more than once ,and by a different person I have been rushed off the phone when trying to clarify and ask a question. Not to mention my doctor had called a pr
