ACME Markets Pharmacy

The pharmacy was out of my medication. Spoke to a male pharmacist who couldn’t have been more rude or unhelpful. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional and incompetent health care professional. Zero help and acted like I was a bother instead of answering my questions. Will never use their service again. I can’t stress enough how bad this persons attitude was. He deserves to be fired. Life long resident and store customer. Horrible service.

Transferred here as an ex-Rite Aid customer. They are struggling to keep up with the influx of patients and multiple times have charged the incorrect insurance. I am now $200 out of pocket because of their mistakes and have been working for months to get it back. I wanted to use them because they are conveniently located, but they are not equipped to handle this amount of Rx volume and will be taking my business elsewhere until Acme Savon gets this team the help and training they need. EDIT: Regarding their response to my review, I called corporate about the issue with this location and they told me they couldn't help and I had to work with the store pharmacy directly, so not sure why, now that I left this review, corporate would be able to address my problem.

It's a great pharmacy. They're open every day and the staff are really good and helpful.

Best luck getting your prescriptions on time! Even if you call, speak to a pharmacy staff, verify that the medicines are ready to be picked up, when you arrive you’ll be told they are not ready…EVERY time. Staff could care left if they have waisted your time or gas traveling there, you simply have to wait some more, sometimes hours. Oh and if by any chance your prescription cannot be filled because it’s not in stock or any other reason, I promise no one will bother to contact you. You’ll just show up and be told “oh we don’t have it in stock”. If I could choose another pharmacy without having to travel 20 miles I really would stop using them! The worst.

The Pharmacy is great. They really go out of their way to help you.
