ACME Markets Pharmacy

Sometimes someone is just so fantastic at their job that you feel like you want to spread the word. Linh, a longstanding pharmacist at Paoli Acme is just fabulous at her job in every way. First she is friendly to me and lots of other customers — she calls us by name and makes us feel like it’s a neighborhood pharmacy. Second she goes above and beyond in helpfulness. She fills our scripts promptly, researches issues if there’s a problem, goes out of her way to suggest coupons or other ways to access meds we need, and has even spent days helping us resolve a protracted problem with our insurance. It’s a demanding and busy job and she is unfailingly hardworking, helpful, accurate and kind. Bottom line, she’s the best kind of pharmacist and Paoli Savon is lucky to have her.

Terrible service in the pharmacy. The pharmacist Linh took 14 mins to come to the drop off area. While I was the only customer to start with, after the first 5 mins she went to check 3 customers out, then finally came over to drop off. Then couldn’t fill the RX. I have been going out of my way to this store pharmacy to receive a promotion credit. But honestly, having to come 2-3x to get RXs filled every time, it’s not worth it. Going back to CVS in Wayne.

I live nearby this establishment and I shop here often, almost daily , due to the convenience, even though the prices are not that great. Tonight , I had just about the worst experience ever , where I most certainly will never visit this establishment again. COLETTE!!!!! WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, UNHELPFUL, UNFRIENDLY AND VERY VERY LAZY. Instead of assisting me in the purchasing of a product that has been available to me numerous times over an over in the past , and make the store some revenue . She would rather spend her time on the clock sitting down chatting and being unproductive. Her inability to please the customer shows that she’s an invaluable worker and a detriment to the company. Her arrogance and rudeness is a clear indication that my family should not be subjected to such ignora

The Pharmacy staff have always been very professional and responsive.

Used to love this Acme; it was a “nice Acme.” It’s become cluttered and difficult to navigate. There is too much merchandise at the entrances and every nook and cranny of space, the aisles are too narrow, and they don’t even seem to offer baskets for shopping anymore.
