ACL Hearing and Balance

I am very pleased with the service I received from ACL and from Ms Cathy Messina! The appointment process was easy, the sign in was very pleasant, and I appreciate how Ms Messina explained everything so well concerning my hearing aids.

Absolutely awesome customer service!!! Yesterday I had the most worst experience with another company and almost decided not to go through with even getting my hearing aid…..♥️ I’m soo glad I didn’t let that rotten apple make me miss out on this golden one 🥰.

I got hearing aids about 9 months ago, and it was one of the smartest things I have done. Everyone at ACL was very open and forthcoming with diagnosis, expectations, costs. A friend recommended them and I have not been disappointed. I come in every 3 months for routine cleaning, firmware updates if needed, and to have any problems addressed. They work with me and are a pleasure to work with.

Cathy Messina is awesome. You never feel rushed during your appointment. She provides all the time you need. The staff is highly professional. I would recommend her without any hesitancy.
