Achieve Medical Weight Loss

I seen the reviews prior to my first visit. I have to disagree with most. I was welcome with smiling faces as I entered by the very helpful ladies at the desk. They explained the process and how there is first come first serve basis. The nurse practitioner was delightful. As for prices. In my opinion they are justified accordingly with the assistance and care you receive. I would recommend to others on a weight loss journey.

The Nurse practitioners here is extremely rude and unprofessional, they yell and talk down on the customer verses asking questions. They are money hungry, don’t explain what you’re paying for, and unethical as a whole. Please don’t waste your money and go somewhere else with better customer service and care about clients wellbeing.

I’ve seen some negative feedback about this place but I’ve honestly had very good experiences the few times I’ve gone. They’ve been very flexible with me as far as appointments go and I have lost weight with the pills. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been very professional and not pushy about trying to get to me to buy things I don’t want. They never make me feel bad about myself which I like because losing weight is hard enough as it is. I will say they sometimes seem a little disorganized, but that’s my only complaint. I hope I am able to continue on my weight loss journey with their help.

I made an appointment to come on Tuesday for 2pm. I was there at 2:01. There were already 4 people in front of me and people in the back. When they started calling other people before me I walked up and asked about the appointment and was advised it is first come first serve. I left. They should tell you that on the phone and not waste time on appointments. No one has hours to waste on a Tuesday afternoon. I’m sure their service is great, i just can’t get past the lack of communication on appointment setting. Judging by these reviews I made the right choice.

I’ve been going here for about 5 months. Their products/medications are a great addition to my weight loss journey. Every single staff member is so kind and helpful! The medical team always has great advice and constructive tips to help me stay on track. I would highly recommend AMWL to anyone needing a boost to shed some lbs.
