Achieve It Physical Therapy

When I started PT at Achieve it, I was limping, in pain and had trouble taking the stairs. Thanks to Phyllis Williams and her team at Achive It, I am now painfree, walking normally, and back to my vigourous exercise program. Phyllis is incredibly knowlegeable, professional, and kind. She knew just the right techniques to resolve my problem. The entire staff was always courteous and patient. I would definitely go back if I ever need PT again. The venue is conveniently located with parking but I wish they could get a larger location. Despite the small size, the space was always clean and well-kept.

Phyllis, and the entire team at Achieve It, are fantastic. They figure out what you need help with, figure out a plan to help you get better, and then they work through that plan. I showed up with persistent issues with my Achilles tendon and ankle - when I left, I was whole again. It was that simple. I especially want to thank Phyllis herself. She’s a vibrant, kind, compassionate and warm human being with a wealth of knowledge and an incredible range of techniques. She’ll make your day, and your life, better.
