Aches and Strain's

My sister surprised me with a massage today. Going there was an AMAZING experience! I walked in with a hurt knee and all I can say is when I left...I had no more pain and I was no longer limping...I feel like a new person! The COVID measures for safety are in place. It is such a friendly environment. Chris is soooooo knowledgeable and has hands made of gold! He taught us about muscles and stretching...it was so enlightening. I appreciate all the information he shared. Aches & Strains is a hidden gem....so glad I now have Chris in my life! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!❤

I can’t say enough great things about Chris -Aches and Strain’s. I now have my mobility back in my neck and shoulder.. It’s been about 2 years struggling with my shoulder /neck pain and finally feeling like new. Would recommend Chris Aches and Strains to anyone involved in automobile accidents / trauma etc. It’s really nice now to go get a massage just for relaxation! He is the best !
