This place is a joke. It’s no wonder families have problems with there loved ones there. There employees are to worried causing trouble. Wanting to fight, hiring non graduates. You don’t even want to know what goes on during the night shift

It's been a year since my dad passed here. I felt there were multiple problems and I felt I had to be there every day. Putting a loved one in a care facility should give you a piece of mind, but this place didn't. They moved my Dad multiple times without contacting me(POA), I would find out when I'd arrive to see him and his room was empty. All his belongs kept going missing, I wrote his name on tags to prevent this. Wasn't ready to cross the line on providing peri care on my father. This place made me cross the line when they came in with a food tray, i said i would feed him if you change him. Was his CNA that delivered his tray, could have changed him then. Would have taken less time to change him than feed him. 2 hours later still no one to change him, suppose to be checked every 2hrs a

My mom went to get completely healed after broken leg and the doctor told me she was going home different day. The admissions director was rude and no communication that they didn't tell us getting out they knew week before. Argued with me. Told me was able do everything which is lie knowing no one can physical help. And wanted argue with fact didn't care if she going safe going send her home on trolley no way in I had house keys different state. She told wasn't their problem. I will not be coming back there or recommend anyone. I ended saying they better put on their job she won't fall. Or I'll be complaining. Rude director no communication only couple people treated mom respectful good job for kitchen manager and activity manager. They need better director then find put she knows me t

My dad is here and I feel he is getting great care. He is 95 and is like the Energizer bunny!

Liberty is doing a great job running this location. I highly recommend her and her staff. Very welcoming place!
