The staff was friendly. Building was clean. I only noticed one discrepancy and that was in the hours posted on the outside. One sign says open until 4pm Monday thru Friday and another said on Fridays, they close at 3pm. While I was outside taking these pictures, someone walked up to get some business taken care of and discovered the error.

Super friendly, no wait time. Simple & easy. Highly recommend!!

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. Worker was insanely rude, spoke to people like they were idiots, dismissive, gossiping on the phone in front of other patients about people canceling last minute and giggling, I would give zero stars if I could. I’ll be reporting to my employer that they contract with a different facility, because this is a disgrace to healthcare here.

I scheduled a pre employment drug screen. Not greeted. The office was empty. Was told the system should not have allowed me to schedule because the time was taken. My appointment was canceled!! Horrible customer service by the woman with the horrible under eye bags. This place should be investigated for discrimination.

I came in to this establishment for a pre employment drug screen. I can honestly say I experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received in any industry. I’m not one who has taken many drug tests in my life , so it was a completely new experience for me. My test was scheduled for 8 am and I walked in the front door at 8:02. The lady who was working (did not get her name) tried immediately making me reschedule the appointment for being late. I’m being serious. Not to mention I was the only person in the building other than her. Was not like they were busy. She eventually allowed me to take my test , but made little negative comments and remarks making this experience for me very awkward and uncomfortable. I understand we all have bad days , but to take your personal emotions
