Accudose Pharmacy

I have been with accudose now for about 6 months and it has been great. Since i dont drive anymore so this makes it much easier to get my prescriptions each month. I don't have to call my kids each time now to pick them up. I will stick with them from now on.

Horrible!! They hang up on you. They lie blatantly to you. They send medications late. And when I am trying to transfer all my scripts out to another pharmacy they claim they weren't contacted by them 2 days prior they said they were. Had to file a complaint t with the pharmacy board. And now new pharmacy will call them. All they had to say In response to my transfer out request is " we will still send you your scripts!" I said NO I want away from your pharmacy, I have the right!

I've used Accudose pharmacy for over five years. Always the best customer service, a person always answers! My medications are always on time. They also communicate with my Dr's for my refills. I love Accudose ☺️

I am consistently calling to get my medications filled after my doctor calls them in. Then I’ll be told they’ll be delivered the next day and they never come. I had antibiotics for my infant who had an ear infection. They were called in, the next day nothing way delivered so I contacted them just to be told they didn’t have the medication in stock and wouldn’t until tomorrow or the next day. This was absolutely absurd. I should have been notified. Then I had a prescription order sent over for the 7th. Nothing came for days. I call today and they apologize and send the prescription through. I asked to pick it up because I knew it wouldn’t be delivered today. They tell me they’re open till 6pm. I pull up before 6pm and they’re all leaving out the building. I didn’t even realize so many peop

In all my years, I’ve never written a bad review until now. To make a long rant very short, if you actually need your meds inside of a week, good luck! Please don’t rely on them to fill important drugs anytime soon. Which is exactly the opposite of what you might expect from a pharmacy. Note: I’m not frustrated over one transaction, I’m frustrated over 3 out of 3 transactions. Be forewarned.
