AccuDoc Urgent Care

I had been sick for several weeks and wasn’t getting better. Booked an appt online, walked right in and was seen quickly by Dr. Ray Barrows! He was a wealth of knowledge! Got me some shots immediately and the meds I needed to restore my health. I’m already doing so much better! Thanks Dr. Barrows! You truly saved my voice so I could sing last night! So much appreciated! Take care!

The staff and doctors are absolutely wonderful! Each time we've gone, they explain everything clearly, answer all our questions, and never rush us. I've always been leary of urgent cares but this one is absolutely the best. It's always clean and bright, check-in is quick, and we've never waited more than 30 minutes even on a very busy day. We are about 20 minutes away and there are two other urgent cares closer to us but we will always go to Batesville AccuDoc Urgent Care. I highly recommend!

This place is no longer an Urgent Care and it was closed when we went. Huge waste of time.

Absolutely NOT recommend! They have a check in online. Did that today (2/18/25) at 2:07p. Arrival at 3:15p scheduled (3 in front of me),we arrived when we got the text, sat for 40 min and asked when we would be called, told that not counting the people in rooms, there were 2 in front of us. Said I checked in online at 2 and was told that the online check in meant NOTHING!! It was for form fill out ONLY! You can clearly see in the photo of the online check in it is to save your place in line. We left and went to the ER and got right in

Do not come here for a DOT physical! The incompetent staff submitted my results incorrectly to the FMCSA, costing me a week of pay. Called multiple times asking to confirm submission and was hung up on or told to wait, despite telling them repeatedly that the BMV had told me the report wasn't submitted.
