Accredo Therapeutics

There has been an issue getting my medicine almost every time I need a refill. It takes multiple phone calls, I get told everything is fine, then my meds don't arrive. No one lets you know there is an issue, so you don't even realize there is a problem until your delivery day comes and nothing shows up. This has caused me to miss doses on multiple occasions, which causes my condition to flare causing additional medical issues. No one ever returns phone calls. I get different excuses every time I call. This dumpster fire of a pharmacy is an absolute nightmare to deal with.

Challenging to deal with on a good day. If you have a specialty medicine then you can't use the app or automated sysyen to order but you will have to listen to an ad for it every time you call. Something changed a few months ago. Now when I call they tell me my meds can be as much as $1400. I have always paid $50 with my copay and insurance. They say they can't tell me what it will cost because "no order has been generated, no order shipped". How is that different from my local pharmacy, the lab, my doctor? Or the previous 50 shipments? They can ALL tell me what my cost will be after insurance and copay. They want me to agree to pay them up to $1400 or they won't ship my meds. Bad business. Worst company to deal with. I honestly don't know how they are still in business with how incompetent they are!

So far I am very pleased with Acredo, I just wish I knew how to load and use the Attentus shoulder bag supplied at the first.
