Accredo Health Group

As stated by other reviewers, Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is absolutely horrendous. While its agents are often kind, they do absolutely nothing to help solve problems Accredo has created. My medication has been consistently delayed due to errors made by Accredo, with no resolution. Every time I call, I get a different answer. The issue has been escalated repeatedly, with no solution. I called to update my insurance on file in late October. A few days later, I was told everything was good to go and that my order was scheduled. I never got a confirmation for the order or any notification that an order was placed. I called back and an agent took my insurance information once again. Later I found out that the agent had resubmitted a prior authorization request and delayed the entire shipment.

I’m not sure who runs this company but I have called multiple times regarding a typo in the pharmacists system. For 4 years now I’ve received calls on my work phone regarding prescriptions. My last contact I made them aware that messages left on my phone contain patients names, DOB, and medication. This is a HIPPA violation. I’ve never received a call back and continue to receive multiple calls a day despite multiple attempts to reach someone who can correct this.

Accredo is terrible. If my life depended on medication that they were providing then I would be dead and unable to write this review. They started off great but have completely failed me after my first refill. I made 5 calls to them and received no calls in response. After three weeks I still have not received my medication. Please disregard the one star rating, they really deserve two middle fingers.

The absolute worst specialty pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I’m convinced this pharmacies actually killing people by not sending medication’s out in a timely manner. My child had her specialty prescription transferred from another pharmacy and they made so many errors that put us back 3 weeks. My daughter got very sick without her medication and they couldn’t care less. Every single person that you speak with has no clue what they’re doing and just tell you what they think you want to hear just to get you off the phone. They assure you that they have done what they said, but then the next day comes and they have not done what they said and then you can never get the same person back on the phone again and you start from square one with the next clueless person. Don't even want to give 1 star. If you need a life saving medication DO NOT use this facility. Their standards are grossly unprofessional and your medications will consistently be late. They are unable to effectively tell you what is "wrong" with your prescription/medication/billing in order to even attempt to fix it. They have a poor billing, prior authorization, customer care, technician, and pharmacy departments.
