don't know about the facility itself but I had 3 large bags of clothes,I donated here. The elderly lady working front desk asked at least 5 people to help get the clothes. 3 which was males. Not one person would help or call for help. She ended using like a medicine cart to help cause neither one could carry by ourselves. So shout out to her.

The staff here are professionals and respectful. The building has always been clean and has never smelled bad since my mom has been admitted here for a month. The doctor and nurses keeps me well informed about moms condition and any changes. Mom has improved since being here. I will encourage anyone to come visit and tour the facility before forming an opinion about the facility. It has changed and it's no longer the Brian Center.

My experience was outstanding. My father (88) was admitted for PT/OT after a lengthy hospital stay. Released in better shape than before his surgery. Staff is skilled, caring and engaged with the residents, and my dad is no easy patient. Communication regarding my father's condition and progress was timely and accurate. No issues at all.

Don’t know how the place is still open. Filthy definitely have a roach and water bug infestation. Residents rooms halfway livable blinds torn in every room. State clearly can’t be coming to inspect it’s a mess. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

Communication is always key! My mom currently resides here, and from the time she arrived, they have been extremely communicative regarding my mothers needs, changes, etc., also have been always open for questions, doubts, etc. Some of the comments are true regarding the odors, but it it somewhat expected from some of the residents, although the staff does appear to be on top of it and responsive. It does appear they still have ways to go on improvement, but whatever they are doing, appears to be working. Thank you all, as I've seen my mom smiling, every time I go see her.
