THE BEST place to feel better! The staff is amazing! They care about your care and always remember the little things about you. Dr. Dent is PHENOMENAL! He explains everything so thoroughly, gives exercises that you can do at home, and I really feel like he wants you to get better. A lot of other chiropractors just want your money, but Dr. Dent wants you to have a quality of life. Highly recommend!

Dr. Dent is a true professional. He's highly knowledgeable and he truly cares about a person's well being. He doesn't give you the run around. His practice has a family feel as soon as you walk through the doors. Everyone that you encounter before you see the doc are very polite and upbeat. I've recommended family and friends as well as clientele to Dr. Dent and they speak very highly of him.

Best chiropractic office in St. Louis hands down! Very friendly staff and Dr. Dent is great. I have been to multiple chiropractors, but none as skilled as Dr. Dent. Couldn't manage my pain without him. This place is the best! I recommend him to everyone.

Dr dent does a fantastic job I would recommend him to any of my friends or family. I had a bad back injury to where I could barely walk and he made me write again. I just keep going back for wellness visits to keep everything in the line. Highly recommended and they have great staff!

I was referred to Dr. Dent by my boss. It was my first chiropractor visit and I was nervous, they put me at ease and made me feel welcome! I was having awful migraines almost every day and after my 2nd visit I noticed a huge decrease in having them. Ive only had 1 very very mild one since I've been going to him. I love the girls that work there, everyone is very friendly and super sweet! I highly recommend this office!
