Not recommended for braces. They put braces on my son, and the brackets fell off more than three times. This became dangerous because the metal pieces came off at night while he was sleeping. What shocked me most was that the office manager said it was “okay” if my son swallowed a metal piece because it would come out naturally — completely ignoring the fact that it could just as easily get stuck in his airway. This level of care is completely unacceptable.

Dr. Pham and his team are amazing! As adult it was not easy and they made my journey go smoothly. Highly recommend the team at Access Orthodontics

Access Orthodontic is a wonderful place! i have been in treatment for about four years, and my experience was amazing. The entire team is incredibly professional and friendly. All the assistants are kind, efficient, and make sure everything is done quickly and neatly. The office is always clean and welcoming, making every visit very comfortable. They have cared about me a lot and every other patient they will go above and beyond to ensure the best results. I just got my braces off today and I love how much my smile has improved thanks to the help of Dr. Khiem and the entire staff. Throughout the whole treatment, they have been so patient and kind as well as informative. I highly recommend for anyone who needs braces!
