Access Optical

I have been to Access Optical for my daughter and myself on more than 5 occasions. The staff is always fri only and helpful. If you are not sure, they give suggestions on things like frames or contacts vs. glasses. The optometrist is the friendliest ever and he always makes me and my daughter feel at ease. I highly recommend this place.

The entire staff is kind and accommodating. There isn’t a time you walk in that they aren’t eager to help. Dr Bowman is excellent with both children and adults and the owner always has a smile! Highly recommend!

Access Optical treats all of their patients and customers with genuine respect, patience, and courtesy. I truly enjoy going there for my glasses. They offer a wide range of frame selections and are always very informative about the types of lenses that best suit your needs. I have been a loyal customer of Access Optical for over 20 years and will continue to be, as I have yet to find another optical store that matches the quality of service they provide. They truly feel like family to me.

I wanted to write a review on how great Access Optical is. Then, I saw a negative review of Shari at Access Optical. I was taken back by that. My family and I have used Access Optical for years. We go to deal with Shari directly. She's always been amazing to us. She's friendly, helpful, and knows her stuff about my prescription plan especially. We will definitely continue to use Access Optical and use Shari each time.

It’s always a pleasure going to Access Optical. The entire team truly takes such great care of me and makes every visit easy and enjoyable. I especially love working with Tracy when it’s time to pick out new frames as she has the best eye for style and always helps me find something I feel confident in. The level of care and attention here is unmatched. Highly recommend!
