Melody and Hailey were incredible. They were friendly, caring, and most of all, they listened. I am so happy I went here today because I feel like I am in good hands now!
Melody is absolutely the best! She listens to your concerns and never rushes you out the door. She is amazingly kind and truly cares about her patients. The nurses are always super kind as well! I’ve used this clinic for a while now and I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve recommended it to family members and they all love it too.
Best visit that I experience with any urgent care facility in a long time. Nurses was friendly and on point with exam. Ms. Melody was very polite and friendly.
Melody Phipps APRN did not make me feel rushed! She was professional and yet comfortable to talk to. Reception was friendly and respectful!
She didn't listen to half of what I was trying to say tried open up my feelings. She kept cutting me off and didn't want to listen. I have PTSD and I'm sick of people cutting me off when I try to talk. I will be changing my PCP. A Dr should listen to there patients! I'm sick of it!
