Access Medical Center Urgent Care Moore

I'll say the last few times I've come here, I was not all that impressed. Felt like a bother even being there with my son about a year ago. This time was way different. The staff was very helpful and understanding, made me feel like we were in good hands. I really appreciate those were on duty today, thank you all!

It was Christmas Eve and needed to go in and make sure I didn’t have strep, flu or Covid since my family was coming. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Wait time was very little and saw the PA quickly. Thankful they were open, grateful for their friendliness, care and understanding!

Staff were great from start to finish. The wait was short, but I didn’t go durning rush hour. I knew the issue going in so they listened, asked the right questions to confirm and treated appropriately. Great experience all the way through.

Can't say enough good things! The got us right in and were outstanding start to finish! Front desk was warm, friendly and efficient. Nurse was fabulous! Immediately put my daughter at ease. Chad took time to explain everything and treated her with care and compassion. This is definitely our place from now on!!

I went to there on Thursday for a UTI, I payed, peed in a cup and show the doctor where the pain was. He told me that would send a culture and call me on Saturday with the results. Come Saturday they didn’t but I called no respond and left a message, did the same thing Sunday still no respond, call Monday twice and finally got ahold of them, got put on hold 4 different times just for them to tell me the culture never got sent. They told me to follow up with my primary care doctor. Not sure what the point of going there was and giving them my money, I spent more time in pain then I needed to because they didn’t full do their job. I understand mistakes happen but when working in health care mistakes like this shouldn’t happen.
