I came in for a women’s health check, and the front desk staff was kind and professional. The check-in process was easy, I filled everything out online before arriving, which saved time. The waiting area was clean, and they kept me updated while I waited. The nurse and provider made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. It did take a little while to be seen, but overall the visit went smoothly. ✅ What I liked: – Clean facility and friendly staff – Easy online check-in link – They listen and don’t rush you ⚠️ Could be better: – Wait time could be shorter during busy hours

I was quite surprised how fast my visit was. The nurses were nice and the Dr was great. I would recommend access medical center urgent care to my friends and family. Or anyone that is in need of seeing a dr quickly. It was really easy to make my appointment online, check in online all I had to do was walk in tell them my name and when my appointment was and then no paper work or having to take my id or insurance card out.

The visit was fairly quick with a definite diagnosis. My only complaint is I asked the doctor for an injection of antibiotics and she would not give me one. I was so sick and just needed to feel better quickly. She sent a prescription for oral Amoxicillin instead.

Had great service. The young lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. She even was patient and helpful with me when I had problems with barcode registration. The intake nurse was very friendly and caring and the doctor was very helpful and explained test results and treatment. And only took just over an hour from the time I arrived until discharged. Great place to go for promt care!

I was on my wife's birthday trip and I felt odd. Still, being a Texan I am stubborn. So we went anyways. I collapsed day one with chest inflammation. They were great here and helped me recover. Thank you from Southern Texas.
