This doctors office is horrible! My mother in law and wife went in there, the office staff is beyond rude she came out told me what happened and I laughed cause I’m surprised she didn’t pull her over the counter for talking to her the way she did and rolling her eyes. Didn’t treat my mother for her sickness and was told to go to urgent care… so what was the point of coming here…. Smh!

The amount of stupidity cannot be obtained within just one office. You cannot see your doctor, he's much too busy your sickness will have to wait. Can I access my account? You have to come in and verify your name and email, then we can send out the document to your email?? Can I talk to the nurse? What is this about? I need to get results of my x-ray. Hold on! You need to call the walk-in where you received it. But I just spoke to them, and they want me to call YOU????? IF YOU'RE NOT SICK, HAVING THESE PEOPLE FOR HEALTH PROBLEMS.....YOU WILL BE!!!!

Husband had a Pet Scan a week ago & we are unable to get the results from this Dr’s office😡😡😡

I work with lots of different Dr. offices and my interaction with the staff at Dr Hartzell's office has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a while. the staff was polite on the phone, asked questions to make sure they were understanding what I was requesting and I received all requested documentation within about a 6 hour period. that is incredible! I normally have to wait days to weeks for requested documents. thank you to the office staff at Dr Hartzell's office. it was a pleasure to work with you!
