Access Health Care Physicians, LLC - Mohammed Nazir Hamoui MD, FACS

For many years, I had been a patient of Dr. Hamoui. I had been treated for cancer, having several tumors removed. I went back as scheduled every year for follow up exams. 2 1/2 years ago, went for an appointment, which was fine. On the way out, I went to make another appointment for the following year, as usual. Only this time, I was told they would be calling me in the new year for the appt. That call never came. Now, this "covid-thing" so I figured the delay. Now, am having a problem with a UTI. Called the office. Was told he was not there and would call me back in the AM. This was last week! I am beginning to think he has decided not to treat me anymore, without telling me! To me, a very unprofessional way to treat a cancer patient who is supposedly in remission!

Wife and I have been visiting Dr. Hamoui for years. We find him very pleasant . And thourough. Two procedures for me and two operations for my wife. Everyone capable and pleasant. As for the bad reviews, I don't get it not the same dr. I've known for years. 5 stars He has changed a few of his staff

I'm a person living with a rare incurable disease which means that I've been to a lot of doctors and I work for the military so I've been to a lot of doctors in a lot of states and I have to tell you he's by far one of the best doctors I have ever been to and cares about your time and your needs as well! I've never in my life had a doctor give me his personal cell phone number so that I can call or message him if needed. As long as I'm living in the state and I need a urologist he will be it a doctor with a soul!

Went in for a consult for a vasectomy, I didn't have to wait long to see Dr. and had a pleasant encounter with the staff. After I spoke to Dr. Hamoui he states that he doesn't know if he can do procedure because of the amount he will be reimbursed by my insurance. I didn't really have a problem with that until 2 weeks later after not receiving a call from office I decided to call in. First girl I spoke with told me they are waiting on authorization and will give me a call by the end of the week. Another week went by I called again spoke w/ Ivonne or Yvonne the surgery scheduler. Again I was told its the insurance holding things up and I will get a call back that day. No call, I called insurance company and no auth was ever submitted. Called back spoke w/ Yvonne and she told me it wasn't ab

Very rude , had me so upset I left crying. Office staff was very nice. First and last visit there. Didn't introduce himself, wouldn't let me give history of kidney stones. More concerned about him running behind with patients. Didn't want to run more tests , due to it would cost more money. Came out to where I was checking out and got nasty with me there . I feel sorry for his office staff.
