Dr Hatch was absolutely wonderful. I went in for a root canal, knowing I had issues with my tooth, so I was very nervous. Dr Hatch was very pleasant, professional, I could barely feel the needle when he went to numb the area. I was so relaxed, which is not me at all... because I had a terrible experience with another dental office for a root canal several years ago. I will go here again in a heartbeat if I ever need his services. I very much recommend this office!

The staff were very welcoming and professional. The doctor did an excellent job numbing me before conducting my root canal. I felt absolutely nothing during the entire procedure! I was impressed it barely took an hour from start to finish.

Had a root canal. Dentist, I had, was exceptional! Knew how to give shots with no pain, explained process as he went, cking to made sure I was comfortable & alright during procedure. His assistant was just as good, preparing me & explaining prep & procedure, also cking on me while assisting the Dentist with the tools he needed. Afterward, she showed xrays of finished root canal & explained at home care. I had an emergency last summer with a root infection on a different tooth, they got me in immediately, only at same office in CDA, ID. Got infection immediately under control, then surgery within a week. I would recommend the two offices to anyone as I found them so caring, helpful, always double checking on me, informed on all my needs & welfare. My thanks for such a great outcome on all

My experience at Access Endodontic was reassuring from the moment I scheduled the consultation to the root canal procedure itself. The procedure was more comfortable than I expected. The doctor and staff were patient, calm, and attentive throughout. They took their time to explain what was happening at each step, which helped a lot since I was extremely nervous going in. I’m very grateful for how they handled everything.

DDS Gatten was very thorough with explaining each step of the process for doing my root canal. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I appreciate the care that I was given.
