Access Dental & Orthodontics

The receptionist at this location is one of the rudest people I've ever spoken too. Every single time i call it's the same attitude She answers "access dental". Once you ask her your question she rudly says " I need your birthday sir" as if your are not starting with the right info. Then when your in the waiting room, you can hear her huff and puff every time someone calls. The dr was great but I'll drive out of town before I give this company my money after dealing with Selina or whatever her name is. Hire someone that wants to be there!

This place is ubsurd, they schedule appointments and then the patient arrives and they tell them the computers are down and they can't see the patient. They want people to come back at their convenience,how stupid are they. Then I call back and some medical assistant wants to act like she's the office manager 🙄 and yell at the person calling and asking why they can't see the patient who is in pain.

I was nervous because I had never been here. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They all knew what they were doing. Dr. Mungia was very nice and helpful and took the time to explain things to me. Made me feel like a person and Wendy was so nice and caring when she cleaned my teeth. Everyone in this office was very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist. They really cared. Thank you all for making my visit such a pleasant experience 😊

First time going to the facility was a bit nervous but everyone from the front desk to the back staff to check out were awesome the gentleman that did my xrays and was there my whole visit was great I felt so comfortable even when seeing dr munguia and dental hygienist felt very comfortable as well they explained everything with detail came wait to go back and continue my services thank you all for the great patient service.

Dr munguia and his staff are amazing! Wendy, Pat, Mary , Jessica were ALL very nice and helpful. Highly recommend! Have been my dentist of choice for over 20 years!
