Access 365 Urgent Care

I just called my insurance and filed a complaint. One single doctor according to the lady at the front desk who kept apologizing but did nothing to let me speak with someone inside and explain my situation. They make you pay a copay upfront. I asked how long would take to see a doctor since I had a sever back pain. She said 20 minutes with two patients in front of me. Someone came 20 m after me. He seemed a new patient since he submitted the required forms, but he was taken first. I couldn’t sit and needed to lay down because of the pain, so after one hour in pain I left. I want to know why they called that patient first and why they were not realistic about the time that patients have to wait. Went in for dog bite! First Dr was amazing, even told me if at any time I wanted her to look at the healing process, just come on in. If she felt like I needed to go back then I would be charged an office visit. I called in exactly one week and asked the front desk lady the same question! Can I just stop by, and if the Dr feels like I need to go in, I’ll pay. And she said yes, no problem! They won’t charge you for that, but if you do go back it is $160. I went back, and a different Dr refused to look at me without paying for office visit! My original Dr was not in today! Horrible customer service! And nobody took accountability that they told me the same thing over the phone. Bad business!

incredibly rude, if i could give this place a 0 i would. they were making me feel like i was stupid for going. spent $60 just for them to give me a piece of paper with my symptoms on it.

Terrible service very unhappy with treatment. Went to the facility with symptoms I had for a couple of days. Ran test found everything to be negative. Doctor assumed it was a viral infection, just guessed essentially. Told me to go home and take over the counter meds, nasal spray and let it run it's course. Been two days since seen called back to have the doctor to review chart and call meds in for me as symptoms are same if not worse. Recieved same response. Will never visit this facility again and would not recommend to friends and family.

Best urgent care facility in the area. I have never left a review of an urgent care but this one blew me away. Amazing staff, clean (remodeled) building and the physician actually cared and answered all questions while not just trying to suppress my symptoms but find the problem! AMAZING.
