Accelerated Urgent Care

It is the best place in West Los Angeles. I came with a complicated issue and Doctor Ivan was so knowledgeable with understanding complexity of my problem. He pointed to the right direction and assisted with relief for this moment. Brilliant doctor. The nurses were lovely and proffesional. The facility is clean. There was no waiting time. As the suggestion, would be nice to have more diagnosis equipment that expedite finding the problems of patients. Overall, I am greatfull for a good, friendly, caring experience.

I visited this Accelerated Urgent Care almost a week ago, & the staff was kind, patient, & made me feel truly cared for from start to finish. My doctor was truly amazing—she went above & beyond to ensure I was comfortable & well-informed throughout my visit. I’m so grateful for the excellent care & professionalism. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into one that felt easy & reassuring. Highly recommend!

WE SHOULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place showed up in my insurance company's website as an in-network facility. That's why we went there after checking with my insurance company. However, when we got there, we were told our insurance wouldn't be accepted. The reason, as it turned out, is some doctors who practice there are in-network, but this facility itself is not. What a trap! Since my child was in urgent need of medical attention, we paid cash. The next day, we tried to follow up with the provider who treated my child last night, we were told they couldn't forward our call, neither could they pass on our phone number and request that provider to call us back. The best they could do was to email that provider, who might get back to us in a day or two. What a joke!!! Oh, by the

This place is awesome. Clean, professional with a warm and welcoming staff. Everyone from the front desk, to the PA, to the ladies taking my vitals and even the X-ray tech were all so kind and caring. They actually took the time to speak to me and didn't rush me out like other places. I was just treated there an hour ago for a really bad cough and my experience was great. Definitely recommend.

Great new urgent care for the area. It's so close to my house I could walk. They are open longer hours than most other urgent cares. They are open everyday from 8am-9pm. Free parking in the Walgreens parking lot and very clean and nice inside. The front desk/check in nurse was helpful, nice, and professional. I got seen quickly and got the relief I needed for my very sore throat. I will definitely be going back here again if I need urgent care. They also take a wide range of insurances and have X-rays which is not like other urgent cares.
