WORST experience ever. I was turned away from Pueblo office because I was unable to hand write information on their crappy form. I presented with an extensive typed document and included copies of relevant MRIs and notes from the referring physician. This was not good enough for snippy receptionist. Per her “manager” these had to be hand written on their form. I am not able to do that and they turned me away. So much for professional help.
Unhappy unliked miserable experience. How ridiculous.
