I would give 0 stars if i could. By far the worst pharmacy on planet earth. Their customer service is horrible and communication between insurance providers is the worst I've ever experienced.

I don't understand who is running this. I've never had so much problems before with a medication delivery. Why do I need to go back and forth 10x for a simple delivery to a doctor's office when I'm not even the person who's receiving the delivery? I need to update my medical records for 5 minutes every single phone call, my prescriptions get cancelled because they don't understand what is happening, they ask for multiple co-pays for the same medication, etc. They will call a patient to ask simple questions that are easily googlable about your doctor's office and trying to get you to schedule deliveries to them, which is impossible. I believe this company drives on having customers pay for a co-payments and then driving them to frustration so that they don't ever actually need to send the p

I wish I could give 0 stars. This Pharmacy should be shut down before it kills someone. Regular Acaria customer here but the consistent problems with getting medication and having customer service that actually tells the truth and actually wants to help you have led me to go elsewhere. After trying for two weeks to get my medication and being told over and over again that I was either "all set" or "someone will call you back shortly" and finally "your ordered was delivered" and it was never delivered and then dealt with customer service that lied and said it was sent again and again nothing. I have decided to go elsewhere. I was left without any medication over a holiday weekend with no recourse-very dangerous and long term effects result. Told my meds were being delivered on wed July 10th 2024. No verification they won't put anything in writing. All verbal over the phone. It's wed no correspondence or tracking. Called they state we need to do a different delivery day? OK tomorrow. They say all set. After reading reviews I'm another to add to same complaints. My insurance approved and I'm being told tomorrow. When asked to get confirmation they don't do that even tho I signed up for email and text alerts. Call back at 4 to see if it was sent. I have been lied to about my meds coming with no follow up as to why... you have to call then they have no definite answers verbally. Worst pharmacy, no consideration for customers. Employees are clueless only a few of them can help you, and the few that can help don't have the resources. Can't figure out simple things on their own. Never have I had a 90 day supply on meds, but yet they have it on their files. A kindergarten child has more sense than this pharmacy. Sad that my employer's health insurance picked them as a pharmacy.
