I wish I could leave a zero star review. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I have to call multiple times every month to get my prescription filled. My doctor’s office has to send and resend the prior authorization multiple times each month even though it doesn’t expire for a year. Every time it’s something different why they can’t fill it. Once I got a text to fill it, I filled out all the forms, and it didn’t arrive. When I called Customer Service had no history of me attempting to fill it. I constantly get hung up on after long hold times. They won’t call you back, you have to call and start over with a new agent every time. This is one of the worst businesses I have ever had to deal with. It took 6 months for me to start getting my prescription from them. I had to continuously call them, my doctor's office, and my Healthcare insurance customer service to finally get the order. My husband also gets a prescription from this company and has to call every month to fight for his medicine to be shipped to him. They ask for prior authorization every month for the same medicine. They ask for the same things over and over again. The initial customer service people barely speak English. Then after fussing you finally get transferred to someone in the South that is helpful. The whole process makes our blood pressure rise. Why if we are already sick and in need of medicine, do we have to get stressed out and more sick to

You can’t depend on this place to get your medication on time every month. They have an entire month to prepare for the ship date and they constantly fail in delivering. No changes to insurance or payment information whatsoever but they have problems every month with getting the medication sent on time… Ridiculous

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The nurses for the most part are pleasant. However, speaking with the department that fill the prescriptions is ridiculously painful; from the staff to the supervisors. I have to call often to make sure medications are filled & shipped. I have spoke with 2 separate superivsors, Steve & Kevin, both horrible with bad customer service. Best thing we did was to leave Acaria to a better pharmacy. Wish my provider never set up my initial fills with this hack of a pharmacy.
