A&C Urgent Care

VERY disappointed. We were visiting from out of state and needed to bring our infant in for ear drainage and being lethargic. We had to convince them to do a physical exam before charging us for unneeded tests and then they missed an ear infection and ruptured eardrum when we got a second opinion…. That is exactly why I wanted the physical exam done before being charged for other tests and they still missed it..

Dr. Chen is amazing!! He carefully examined my hand and thoroughly reviewed my x-rays with me so we could find the best plan of action for healing my broken hand. His staff is great and Dr. Chen is a very kind, compassionate doctor- I can’t recommend him and his practice more.

I had a great experience at this urgent care center. The entire process was very efficient — from check-in to being seen by the medical staff, everything moved quickly and smoothly. The doctors and nurses were highly professional and clearly experienced. They took the time to assess my condition thoroughly and provided clear explanations throughout the visit. Most importantly, the treatment I received was effective, and I felt much better soon after. I truly appreciate the high level of care and would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for prompt and professional medical attention.

I visited this Urgent Care because the side of my fingernail was infected, swollen, and throbbing with a painful pulse. The doctor and nurse were extremely kind, and thanks to their expert care, the pain subsided quickly. I had come to the clinic via Uber and, incredibly, left my smartphone in the car. The staff helped me with contacting the driver, and I was able to get it back safely. I cannot thank them enough, not only for the excellent medical treatment but also for their warm and wonderful support. Thank you so very much.
