I attended therapy here for a month and a half for pelvic floor dysfunction. Everyone was very accommodating. Irene who tends the front desk was always friendly, sweet, and bubbly, and my therapist Krisha was knowledgeable and professional. They worked with me to lower my copay and even excused the coupe of times that I accidentally missed my appointment without charging me a late fee. Ms. Janice also followed up with me about my experience. After two years of suffering, I am finally feeling more like myself again! Would recommend this facility to anyone needing rehabilitation.

I went to Absolute Rehabilitative Therapy Inc to rehab my right knee post full knee replacement. The experience was amazing! The staff were caring, attentive and professional. All Covid protocols were followed to the letter. Nency provided the right balance of treatment; pushing me past my comfort zone but easing up when necessary to prevent injury. They worked with my schedule when making appointments and were flexible if I had trouble getting to an appointment or needed to reschedule. My surgeon was EXTREMELY please with my progression along the way and ultimate mobility when I was discharged. If you're looking for a physical therapy practice that emphasizes the well-being of the whole person, look no further; this is the spot! Expert and professional care with a family vibe provided.

The entire staff at Absolute Rehabilitative Therapy were very pleasant on every visit. The receptionist (Katherine) always greeted us with a smile and was also very accomodating when trying to schedule the appointments. We felt that everyone made sure we were comfortable and explained what the procedures were, and constantly checking in during the sessions to ensure all was well. Kudos to Drs Martin and Claggett and the entire staff. c

You deserve more than 5 stars! Such an incredible facility with an Amazing staff; from Miss Gaskins, who realised the emergence of my case, and made sure I got an appointment first thing the next morning, to Irene, who is just thoroughly pleasant, and suggested a great attorney, and actually made the first phone call for me, to Krisha, the most excellent Physical Therapist... this place is just Fantastic! I felt so useless due to my injury, but slowly but surely, I’m being restored to my old self. Thank you so much for your patience, working with my pace, and doing your absolute best to get me back on my feet. Terrible experience. I never saw the same staff, so continuity of treatment didn't exist. They sent claims into my insurance for an out of network Doctor that was on sabbatical. I have spent the last 8 months trying to get them to correct this error, since it means that they owe me $500, plus another $300 that can be reimbursed by my FSA. Every month I hear that it will be fully resolved by the end of the month, and every month there are excuses as to why it isn't done.
