Absolute Primary Care

The doctors are nice and it is easy to be seen, but I should have read the reviews. I am a new patient and on top of never getting the reimbursement for the $65 new patient copay I was told I would get, I have also been trying to fill a prescription for almost a month now. I have called three times this week and will clearly have to go into the office and speak with the staff in person to get this done. They will put you on hold or transfer you, tell you they will ask the doctor and then you will never hear back. It has never been so hard to get a prescription in my life. Luckily it is not something I need right away.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! If you are not seeing Dr. Annie ONLY it is not worth it to go. I seen the NP Grace for medical clearance for surgery and she was beyond rude and disrespectful towards me from the moment she walked into the room! I have NEVER EVER been talked to or belittled the way she did. Even after her not being able to clear me, she was rude. She kept cutting me off and saying "I have a job to do" during the visit she told me my bloodwork wasn't good so when I asked what it could be she wouldn't even answer me just kept trying to walk out of the room. She said I was "threatening her" when I never once did. I asked her for a letter or something stating she couldn't clear me and she wouldn't even do that. Really loved the service here at this doctor’s office! The front desk was very nice and patient and Dr.Annie was very sweet. It was my first time going to a doctor’s office alone and the staff there were so kind and helped me understand everything, they patiently waited while I was on the phone with insurance. I will be returning for sure!

I have been with this practice for about 2 years I am a diabetic and it’s hard to have them fill my prescriptions. I had to place a grievance with my insurance for them to do it. I literally called almost every other day to get them to send it and nothing, I recommend anyone seeing this doctor that you document everything as soon as the staff starts to act like the don’t have common sense. I would look in mal practice for anyone with a medical condition that can’t get their medication from them !!!! Yes, a medical clinic can potentially be held accountable if failing to refill diabetic medication on time results in harm to the patient. This could fall under medical negligence if: 1. Dr. Annie is very inconsiderate. I have 4 kids so it is hard to take care of myself health wise so I finally made the commitment to take health seriously. When trying to be seen for a PT referral from a previous injury where I was attacked by a person she refused to see me due to two active insurances even though the one that was an issue has already been terminated. I showed them online the termination details aloof with calling insurance to verify and was still turned away. Waste of time, effort, and Gas money (30min drive). On top of that I was already seen the first time without any issues so all of a sudden it is a cause for concern. I am a medical assistant and I know this is not how the system works unless you are determined not to care about your patients which is so unfortunate. E
