Absolute Dental - West Craig

Dr. Hamilton and his staff were wonderful . I needed 2 crowns and when I had a problem with one of them he replaced it at no cost. He made the process pain free and comfortable and was professional and pleasant to work with. His staff are wonderful as well. High five to Arturo, the dental hygienist, who did the Zoom whitening procedure on my teeth and turned them from grey to white. He also worked with me on the cost. I would highly recommend Dr.Hamilton and his entire staff.

All of the staff are empathetic and personable, it’s clean inside and out, they’re quick and understanding. I chose this dentist for my husband and I because of Dr. Hamilton specifically but the staff as a whole exceeded expectations and I’ll continue to choose this location as long as I live in Las Vegas. I’ve never had such a positive dental experience, from reception to procedure. Thank yall :)

Except for the long waits, due to my being a new patient no doubt, I thought the care I received and the consultations were excellent. My first encounter was with the office manager who was well versed in the operation. She even helped me complete the new patient form, on my phone, yet! I also was pleased with Dr Hamilton and his assistant, both of whom handled my fears with compassion and made sure I understood what was going to happen - no surprises. I have a treatment plan for the coming months. Thanks, Absolute Dental!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I had an appointment here this evening 12/16/25 and I received some of the most unprofessional treatment and customer service I’ve ever received. I had no option but to bring my 3 kids to my appointment and after waiting about 15 plus minutes, I was called back. I start rounding up my crew to walk back and the guy says, just leave them out here because I’m just going to take xrays. Well that took him about 20 minutes and then he has me sit in a chair waiting for about another 20 minutes while my kids are still waiting for me. The lady at the front desk this evening (who mind you wasn’t the most pleasant to deal with during checking in upon my arrival) comes back and says, “your kids are getting a little ancy…do you think you can come back earlier in t

I’m new to Las Vegas. Due to past bad experiences with dentists, I do not go as often as I should. But today I had an emergency. Dr. Keymon Hamilton and the rest of the staff were excellent! They explained everything they needed to do. He was gentle. Especially with my fear of getting shots. They actually made my time at the office enjoyable. This is my new dentist! Thank you to the whole team!
