Absolute Dental - Maryland Pkwy

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 a.m. and expected to be seen no later than 10:15. Instead, I was not called back until 10:42. As a new patient, this was an immediate red flag. It gave the impression that the office overbooks patients to maximize income rather than respecting patients’ time and providing attentive care. If I had arrived 40 minutes late, I would likely have been charged a late fee or refused service altogether - so why is it acceptable for an office, which is being paid by its patients, to operate this way? Patients are customers, and mutual respect for time should go both ways. Because of this experience, I chose to refuse service and will not be returning. I cannot recommend this dental office. If i coild give more than 5 stars i would!! This has been a life changing experience for me. It took 1 month start to finish for me to get my smile back.. the entire staff is fantastic, helpful and very personable. Dr . Reddy & Jesse both were so wonderful for everything especially on my extraction day... i was awake thru it all and terrified, but he was super gentle and made sure i felt 0 pain he was encouraging and also made sure to tell me every step what was happeing and what to expect. And then my post op, making sure that my teeth fit right and that i would get them back in just a couple hours from the reline. If i could get everyome in here that has tooth problems, i would. Because everyone dererves to feel this great about themselves!! THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR EVERYTHING YOU HA

Absolute Dental has my vote..my dentist even though the solution for my teeth wasn't what I wanted to hear he was absolutely straight with me and had so much compassion. To ease my mind he inserted his own family into the conversation to make me feel better.. I so appreciated that.

The staff were all polite, friendly and informative. Professional as you would expect ! A clean place and light attitude from all the people I had to deal with. For what I have to have done the pricing is reasonable! Still, can't wait until I'm done with it all.

This was the most friendliest dental appointment I've ever encountered. I felt like family instead as a patient. The staff and front intake office personnel made me feel appreciated for coming in as a new patient. Besides the courteous but professional execution that the staff exhibited made a big impact that I have ever experienced at any dental clinic. Props to Absolute Dental for being who they are.
