Absolut Care

Called twice( after being put on hold) before I actually got to speak to a very rude nurse. Then I explain to her I was worried about a family member that needed to be checked on and she says they have a phone in their room. I said I know but she is in pain and she needs to be checked out right now. She just says oh I’ll tell her nurse. She says the doctor could have prescribed something for pain but I haven’t had time to look. Many other issues going on there - just so disgusted with this place!

Please stay away from this place! My stepfather ended up with a bedsore the size of platter, clogged feeding tube, and mold growing in his oral care products that were not being used despite several complaints from my Mom and stepbrother. She didn't even get to say goodbye. Please, please, please stay away!

Staff smoking in front parking lot while clients are in the dining hall waiting to be feed. Maybe 3 staff working dinning hall while smokers are on brake.

Tried to call a family member there, waited 10 min on hold, called back 3 times asked to speak to my family member was told they only have 1 phone and couldn't locate it so I never got to speak to said family member...what a mess

The place is filthy... Not great.
