They never have my appointment time correct. The office staff is rude and hurried. The environment is dirty. The waiting time is about an hour everytime I've been there. The doctor appeared to be rushed too. It's like a cattle yard..get them in and push them out. I'm changing insurance so I don't have to come back to the puppy mill situation! The doctor wouldn't even look at me when he gave me my diagnosis. There was no information about my diagnosis anywhere in the office or nursing station. NO INFORMATION OR LINKS TO WHERE I COULD GET SOME INFORMATION ABOUT MY DIAGNOSIS. It's like they tell you that you have a disease and then there is a disconnect. I'm hoping a different facility will be better put together
