About Straight Teeth

This place is the WORST!!! I have been trying to reach them for MONTHS concerning my son retainers, NO RESPONSE. The number says call or text & they even give another number to call for immediate response but that’s no longer in service. Picking this place for my son dental needs WAS A BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART. It feels like they might not be in business anymore, if this is the case let the clients know, not returning phone calls or texts is UNPROFESSIONAL!!! WROST PLACE EVER!!!

My sister referred me to this place and it was the worst thing to do. I've been trying to get a hold of them and I get no response! Can you believe they were still trying to charge me for my braces every month without getting treated!!! Basically trying to take my money out my pocket. Like if I didn't pay them with my own money. I've been calling every number they have and they don't even answer! I've been waiting since April for an appointment so that they can take my braces off. Now I have to go out my way and find a place where they can take them off!!!

This place sucks! It's in the building with a dentist office. The office is on the second floor & the staff are rude. They don't answer phone calls or return calls. Often the voicemail is full & they're supposed to be an Orthodontist Office. They put the braces on, bill, get paid & don't maintain them. They're only open on Mondays & didn't even tell the people who rely on them for service! There's no emergency number to call in case of an emergency. It's simply put horrible! I had to walk in after trying to get an appointment for months to get an appointment scheduled. Then the lady told me she does return calls. I explained I called & left several messages & never received a return call. The office is small & you don't see the Orthodontist at each appointment. They don't have patients bru

What a bad business! They never return calls or answer the phone... how unprofessional. It was a HUGE A waste of time waiting to find out if my child can get braces or not. The initial consult seemed fine but after that horrible as couldn't get a hold of anyone to find out what was going on.

PLEASE DONT COME HERE NOR BRING ANYONE HERE! I’ve never been so uncomfortable and treated like dirt! They are only open one day a week. How is that possible? The orthodontist is NEVER there and didn’t help my son when he was in pain voicemail box is ALWAYS FULL. Please just don’t come here please!!!!
