Aborn Family Dental

I’ve been out of the country on a family emergency for a while now, I notified them and I still got charged a 50 dollar no show. Even though I’ve been a loyal client for over 5 years; I’m switching dentist. I wasn't going to pay that fee but my boyfriend paid it for me without me knowing, and they still asked him if I’d like to schedule another appointment? They completely disregarded that I’m not even in town?

I took my parents to see Dr. Jim Chen. My parents both have implants from abroad and they are elderly and have issues eating. I emailed and texted his office and his receptionist was so kind and patient as she knew I was worried and needed help. They alway replied right away which took the stress of. They answered all my questions with great details and were very transparent with their charges. It really put a peace of mind on my parents as they are retired. We are so thankful that we got an appointment right away. It was a very nice office and the front desk receptionists were very kind at check in. I've had some pretty major dental issues for several years and it's been a challenge to find a dentist I felt comfortable with to take care of my situation. Dr Chen and his staff are spectacular -- it's now close to 3 years and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. Great with patient care, Dr Chen makes sure excellent care is given and "checks in" during procedures for pain management. Special shoutout to Omar who coordinates appointments going over and above when I moved out of state but would fly in to finish procedures -- he sets the standard high!

Had my yearly exam here, the experience was excellent. Dr. Chen was thorough in his exam and cleaning. He explained me my case in detail. His assistants were very polite diligent in helping me with X-rays. Front desk made sure I was in and out on time. We look forward to having you as our family dentist.

The staff are friendly, efficient, and professional. Dr. Chen is kind and gentle with the drills. He has a commitment to his craft, the precision of the craft like few dentists have had in my experience. Even my kids like going. Highly, highly recommend Aborn Family Dental.
