Abington Pediatrics

I just called to make an appointment for my 4 girls who are without a primary doctor since he retired and the receptionist was very harsh on the call and did not answer my questions as appropriate. Please, if you could be more empathetic and cordial. Thank you.

I am giving 2 star only because the front desk staff are outright rude, impolite and have a despicable attitude. They speak to you as if they are doing a huge favour and their tone is always stern, as if they are scolding you! I have never ever seen them having a slightest smile even if you come forward and greet them! This is from my experience with dealing with them from last two years ever since I started taking my son there. But for the providers who are absolutely marvelous, I am still going to continue taking my son there, however, if the front staff don't bother to change their attitude and behavior, I might have to withdraw my kid from this practice. Tip for the providers: Please consider replacing or at least giving feedback to the front desk/ receptionists who clearly seems to

Abington Pediatrics is simply the best! We can't thank everyone at the office enough for always taking excellent care of our daughter. My daughter has been a patient at Abington Pediatrics for almost twelve years. We've only grown to love Dr. Fernandez and her incredible staff more and more. From the moment my phone call is answered, my daughter and I feel better. When we walk in we are greeted with smiles, care, and compassion. Recently, my daughter got a head injury during physical education at school. The office was able to check her for a concussion right away. The care she receives is always excellent. We know we are in great hands with Dr. Fernandez, Rachel, and all of the other providers and nurses. We are very thankful for how professional, polite, and kind everyone is. Thank you A

I have 3 children here, 2 since birth. Love this office and their staff. Dr Fernandez is straight forward and great with the kids. All the nurses are really nice. They will always talk through questions on the phone as well.. Front office is friendly and helpful! I've has some billing issues with insurance, and they have been great guiding me through.

My sons have been with Dr. Fernandez since they were born and they are now 17 + 18. She remembers them from birth and is very concerned about their well being. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and recognizes us every time. She has been amazing for over 18 years to us! We are not looking forward to the day they outgrow her and need an adult doctor.
