I wish I could leave a better review here because the doctors at this office are quality doctors. However — nobody ever picks up the phone. Scheduling appointments is a brutal process with this office. As the father of a young daughter, it’s exhausting and concerning that her pediatrician is inaccessible by phone. Unfortunately we will have to consider switching to another office that has a better communication system.

My children have been seen by all the doctors at both the Abington and Jamison locations at some point over the past 22 years. All the doctors and staff are excellent! Polite, kind, attentive, and always supportive in listening to my concerns. My oldest and soon middle so have phased out of pediatrics, and once my youngest phases out we will miss each doctor and staff person! Can’t say enough wonderful things!

My children have been under Abington Pediatric care since birth. Over the last ten years, they have always gone above and beyond in their care. Not only are the team of Doctors and Nurses proficient in their field, but they are also warm, compassionate, and always ensure you feel supported in your children's care plans. I was overjoyed when we moved about an hour north and learned we would be able to retain their care. I will also note that the Jamison offices support staff and front desk managers are accommodating, friendly, and on top of every detail. What would we do without such a fantastic team? I hope I never know. I thoroughly recommend Abington Pediatrics in both of their locations.

My children have been patients of this practice for many many years. I will have to say in the last year it has been like jumping through hoops to get an appointment. A few times I’ve tried to get through to the jamison location with fail. You are put on hold by an automated system and that’s where you stay. I actually just ended up taking my son to urgent care that day. Today I tried to call the jamis in Location, which is about a month after the first incident. This time it was to schedule a sick visit once again I sat on hold for 20 minutes. I decided to try to call the Abington office in which when somebody did pick up I did inform them of the issues that are going on with the Jamison location and was told I can just make an appointment for the Jemison location by calling Abington.
