Rude staff members. The first few staff members didn't seem to see me. They didn't seem to expect me. One woman in particular was virtually on anger attack mode. Not a calming activity atmosphere for someone with suspected diverticulitis.
Went to Radiology Suite 3, 2701 Blair Mill Road for an MRI 09-15-2025. Great experience. Everyone was positive, nice, Intelligent, professional and helpful. Service was prompt, with little waiting around. Very happy to meet such a nice group of people who were sincerely interested in doing a good job.
Been here multiple times in my life. Once in December of 2020, where it then took 3-4 months for them to send me a letter saying I should seek emergency medical attention, after I had already taken an ambulance ride for the same condition. Use this place as a last resort.
I have been coming her for my scheduled MRI's. Everyone is very professional and everything goes as scheduled.
Takes forever to get studies read by radiologist. Absolutely ridiculous.
