Abington Dermatology - Warminster

Doing this twice… 5 stars for Kevin O’Shea as he’s so personable and great at what he does. Purposely separated the other review for Forefront as it’s not Kevin’s fault they are absolute hacks.

Abington Dermatology is now Forefront Dermatology. Same location and apparently the same ignorant staff. It looks like they changed the name, in part, to try to get away from the poor reviews that Abington Dermatology had. I walked out and my wife, who also was at the office for an appointment, and I have decided to find a more professional office. As I can't find place to review Forefront, I will wait until they have a Google presence and post in more detail.

I was referred to this practice for a Mohs surgery. I will never return after the lack of professionalism and communication I experienced at the Warminster office. The day of the surgery, I arrived for my appointment and waited 45 minutes in their waiting room to be taken back. Once I was in the room, I was told that the procedure would not be able to happen that day due to the plastic surgeon being on vacation. The fact that this was not communicated with me until I had been in their office for nearly an hour the day of the procedure is unacceptable. After telling me I should reschedule if I wanted my face to look “aesthetically pleasing” post op, they told me I could not be seen for over a month. I as well as my mother have been patients for years, here HOWEVER since not in the last couple, the receptionist states, we’re not taking any new patients But you can try back in a couple months! I could be cancer ridden in a couple months. I asked if they could recommend Someone else She reply’s one word NO. So much for the “GREAT” costumer service! NOT! Too bad I loved Dr. Fitzgerald….. However if this is how they treat their previous clients They shouldn’t take on any new! ByBy

Another fantastic appointment. I have been coming here for 15+ years and my experience has always been the same. Scheduling an appointment is easy. The office is clean and professional. The staff are courteous. I really feel like my time is valued. I have always been seen at my scheduled appointment time and never feel rushed. The doctors are thorough and answer all of my questions.
