ABC Pediatrics

I wish I can give this place (0) ,I would had a long time ago. i been calling for month to make an appointment. I left so many voicemail that o lost count. My son has been sick three time this year and never answer the phone . they don't care about there patient. The customer service is horrible; they pick up the phone when ever they want and if you are lucky they give you an appointment and when you get to the appointment they tell you, you have to wait for over 40 minutes or you have to pay the $5 just because I didn't had a appointment. but I been calling and try to make one . It’s ridiculous! Worst customer service ever!!! SERIOUSLY ITS BEEN A MONTH! They always told me that the doctor was going to call me back at the end of the day they don't , I will be coming back here never again

I wish I could give zero stars, the new staff care very little about patients needs, my daughter needed some paperwork for her school and it has been literally a month, after several phone calls and a visit to the office, they said we needed to make an appointment to fill out the paperwork, SERIOUSLY ITS BEEN A MONTH! They always told me that the doctor was going to call me back at the end of the day. After 14 years this will definitely be our last visit.

Worst pediatric ever my sister has a condition in her left arm the Doctor kept saying everything was fine. We took her to the Children’s hospital and the specialists in the hospital advised us that my sister had dysplasia in her left part of the brain. When we confronted the Dr. at ABC Pediatrics, she never bother to answer us. It was raining outside so i came to the door with my 6 month old baby on arms the lady inside wouldnt let me in beccause they were doing paperwork at least i could of wait inside smh! I had to go and come back!!

The staff is always smiling and I love the doctors. They really spend time talking about my baby's health
