The reception at this clinic is extremely poor. While the doctor is very good, the three women at the reception always look at you judgmentally instead of offering help. They never greet you with a smile and are consistently unfriendly and rude. This attitude is causing the clinic to lose many clients. In fact, we have already moved my 3 children to another clinic because of this.

Highly DO NOT recommend this place. The staff here need sir training on scheduling and work ethics. They schedule you to come in while the nurse assistants and actual doctor is on lunch. So you are sitting in a 300sqft waiting room with 10 other families for about 1hr+. This has happened twice already. Waited 1.5hr only to be told I had an issue with my insurance. Instead of checking when they call to confirm your appointment or the entire time I was waiting. Only reason I give 2stars if because they doctor is actually very informative and understanding and provides great resources. She has lost 3 patients due to her staffing people.

They never welcome you with a smile always serious talk back rude the bathroom didn’t have toilet paper not even a mirror they gave me tissue to use the bathroom they don’t even have their own room the doctor does not check your children well and if he does he don’t even ask permission to touch your child they are not sanitary they gave me 2 vaccines with no gloves they were gon do my physical and they only gave me the cup but no sanitizer the doctor checks you fast does not take his time to check the medicine he said I was going to get did not apear in the pharmacy my mom had to go check again next day and guess what they were gon ask for 10 dollars just so she can sign some papers and at this point they stealing your money cause you really don’t have to pay those 10 dollars

I have had my kids here since 2017 when my first son was born, and I was also a patient since 3yrs old until 18. I love this office and staff always great me with smiles and great conversation. Yes, there is a wait but because the drs are very good at checking you child correctly. I took my 6 month olds son on Wednesday for his appt and Liz did a great job attending to him check him wait and height. Even when she did his shots he barely even cried. I recommend this drs office because it feels like family and had great care

Horrible service, I bringing my 3 years baby since she born and never asked me for payment, everything goes to the ensurance. Today baby had fever and brought her to the doctor, I previously called to do an appt like i alway do but today a guy at the office told me not to do appt. My husbundo waited more than 2 hours and then they ask to pay $75 when they never asked me to. when my husband wanted to pay they only accept cash, so they can't see the baby. At he end he had to come to get cash and wait longer for the doctor see the baby. Never go ther any more. Terrible experience.
